Responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate experience, maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring compliance, and supporting onboarding.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of recruitment experience (preferably BPO), strong communication skills, proficiency in ATS, and excellent organizational abilities.
