Role:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support, manpower planning, MIS reporting, and employer branding while ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
Strong sourcing & interviewing skills | Excellent communication & negotiation | ATS & job portals experience | Ability to manage multiple roles
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (MBA-HR preferred) | 3-6 years recruitment experience
Education/Training/Services industry experience preferred
