end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles abroad
, ensuring timely and quality hiring in line with client requirements. This role demands strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in overseas or healthcare/nursing recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and international clients to understand technical manpower requirements.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical qualifications and overseas eligibility.
Coordinate and manage interviews, including client and overseas interview processes.
Guide candidates through documentation, medical, and pre-deployment procedures.
Facilitate job offers and coordinate negotiations as per overseas hiring norms.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in overseas recruitment
, preferably in
technical or non technical, nursing/healthcare recruitment
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
