We are hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, interviewing, documentation, and driving timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Conduct screening calls and shortlist qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities
Maintain MIS reports, candidate trackers, and recruitment dashboards
Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and urgent roles
Support employer branding, job fairs, and campus recruitment
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and data confidentiality
Support onboarding and coordinate with HR operations
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with ATS systems and job portals
Ability to manage multiple positions with quick turnaround
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR preferred
Experience in the education or service industry is an added advantage
