Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for bulk and lateral hiring requirements.
Understand manpower requirements from stakeholders and close positions within defined timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage large volumes of candidates while maintaining quality and compliance.
Ensure smooth offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless candidate joining.
Support employer branding and recruitment drives when required.

Strong experience in
