We are looking for an experienced

Senior Recruiter

with strong expertise in

bulk hiring

. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, meeting hiring targets, and supporting business growth through timely talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for bulk and lateral hiring requirements. Understand manpower requirements from stakeholders and close positions within defined timelines. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage large volumes of candidates while maintaining quality and compliance. Ensure smooth offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless candidate joining. Support employer branding and recruitment drives when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in

bulk hiring and volume recruitment

. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines. Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field. Experience hiring for

education / non-profit / corporate roles

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
