Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across diverse functions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social channels, networking, and market mapping.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct thorough screening, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5-8+ years
of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in [industry].
Strong experience with modern ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
