We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Recruiter

with experience in

non-technical recruitment

to join our

Bangalore office

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

for non-technical roles across the education and corporate sectors. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through

portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), networking, and references.

Conduct

telephonic and in-person interviews

, evaluate profiles, and match candidates to client requirements. Coordinate with schools, HR heads, and institutional clients to understand staffing needs and job specifications. Maintain and update the

candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Handle

follow-ups with clients and candidates

until successful onboarding. Support bulk hiring drives and recruitment events when required. Contribute to improving

recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives

for EDHR.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience

in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in non-technical or education sector hiring). Proven experience sourcing candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in

MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.

Goal-oriented, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure. Preferably be

based in Bangalore
