Key Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
