Responsibilities You will build credible and consistent relationships with hiring managers by providing sound advicethroughout the hiring cycle. After ramping up on MathWorks recruiting processes, you\'ll be primarily responsible for identifying, sourcing, and target-recruiting candidates to meet our core needs. You will be responsible for creating and executing proactive candidate generation strategies, facilitating the interview and hiring process, and providing staffing advice to hiring managers. You will participate in (and eventually lead) global recruiting projectswith your worldwide colleaguesto continuously evolve and improve the MathWorks recruiting business. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master\'s degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required. Additional Qualifications Experience sourcing for technical fields such as autonomous systems/ signal processing/ Image Processing/ Embedded Systems/ FPGA/compiler/code generation technology/ C/ C++/ MATLAB/Simulink et al., 3+ years technical recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments, with full lifecycle expertise in sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding. Expertise with networking tools such as: LinkedIn,Quora, Indeed, Naurki, Monster etc. Ability to proactively analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues.
