Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
full recruitment cycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective
recruitment strategies
to attract top talent.
Partner with department heads to understand
hiring needs and role requirements
.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
.
Conduct
interviews and assessments
, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Maintain and update
applicant tracking systems (ATS)
and recruitment metrics.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition campaigns.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6+ years of recruitment experience
. Experience in a
recruitment agency
is a plus.
Experience handling
UAE clients or international recruitment
is a plus.
Strong knowledge of
recruitment tools, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to
manage multiple priorities
and meet recruitment targets.
Preferred:
Experience with
ATS systems
and HR software.
Familiarity with
local labor laws and employment regulations
(Kerala, UAE, or India).
