We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and mid-level positions, ensuring timely hiring and quality talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Manage bulk and senior-level hiring requirements
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning
Screen, schedule, and close candidates within timelines
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate recruitment
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
