A Senior Recruiter oversees and manages the full-cycle recruitment process -- from understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates, screening/interviewing them, through to offers and onboarding.
They partner closely with hiring managers and HR/business leaders to shape hiring strategies and ensure the organization attracts qualified talent.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing/recruitment plans to build a pipeline of candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes/applications, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), assess candidates' fit (skills, culture, etc.).
Manage end-to-end recruitment -- job posting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding selected candidates.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers -- advising on candidate availability, compensation trends, market conditions, realistic timelines, and hiring feasibility.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and help in building recruitment best practices, improving processes, and ensuring compliance.
