Senior Recruiter - Bangalore - Hybrid The Wayfair Talent Acquisition team is strategic to the company\'s overall success and continued global growth. Our recruiters are true business partners and are charged with finding, attracting, and hiring top talent into all parts of the company against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture-fit. The Wayfair Talent Acquisition team partners work very closely with various levels of leadership in Europe, Asia and North America in order to drive delivery through well thought out strategies as well as using data proactively to influence decisions. The Talent Acquisition team will also have the opportunity to help build out the Wayfair brand in Asia as a leading employer in the Technology and eCommerce space. This is an incredible and unique opportunity for a senior recruiter to join a hyper-growth $4B+ eCommerce company as a true business partner whilst making a significant and immediate impact to the overall success of the company. About the role;

  • We are looking for a passionate, purposeful Recruiter with a high level of self-responsibility and drive who would like to join our global recruiting team and build our Technology Development Center in Bangalore, India.
  • This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in the office
  • You will work on volume based hiring campaigns (Tech sector) as well as senior level roles
What You\'ll Do:
  • Source and attract top talent and efficiently run an effective recruiting process to deliver on Wayfair\'s immediate and long-term hiring goals in India
  • You will drive an excellent candidate experience from early stage recruitment up to effective company onboarding
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (end-to-end)
  • Foster an environment of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continued learning
  • Lead your team to deliver business impact by establishing and optimizing our sourcing, recruitment and interviewing strategies in ways that lead to measurable gains in our recruiting metrics (e. g. Response rates, screen volume, conversion rates, candidate NPS, hires)
What You\'ll Need;
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience targeting technical talent; preferably software engineers and product managers
  • Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods.
  • Great knowledge and experience recruiting for the Indian Technology market
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Ideally, familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic.
