Enigma Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to drive our company\'s success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a keen understanding of the US IT industry, and a proven track record in recruiting professionals. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Looking for 2-4 years of experience required in US IT recruitment for clients in the USA.
  • Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
  • Sell bench candidates including direct marketing candidates, trainees, H1B, OPT or GC candidates.
  • Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
  • Should be able to generate leads by cold calling to acquire new direct clients.
  • Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants
  • Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc)
  • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame
  • Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information
  • Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
  • Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
  • Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for time-sheets, etc.
  • Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as required number of placements.
  • Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1B,H1 Transfer, GC, and US CITIZEN)
  • Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients, Someone who has been in the industry and can bring existing clients to support us
  • Building and maintaining a candidate database.
  • Should have good number of connections with tier1 vendor/clients in LinkedIn
  • Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required
  • Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews
  • Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and thoroughly screen the candidate
  • Should be able to manage the complete cycle of Bench sales
  • Ensure to deliver time bound results in a metrics-driven environment in mutual agreement with stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source Candidates
  • Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English
  • Soft skills- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, teamwork, and passion towards recruitment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20 \xe2\x80\x93 40 per week Benefits:
