Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management

Handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for clinical and non-clinical roles.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to create a strong talent pipeline.

Interview Coordination

Arrange interviews with hiring managers, manage schedules, and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Candidate Assessment & Shortlisting

Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, experience, and cultural fit.

Offer Management

Handle salary negotiation, release offer letters, and ensure timely closures of positions.

Database & Recruitment Tracking

Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and status reports.

Employer Branding Support

Support HR in creating recruitment posts and building the organization's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
