Position:

Senior Rebar Detailer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead rebar detailing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness. Handle complex and high-priority detailing assignments. Mentor and train junior detailers to improve their skills and efficiency. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve project issues. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Maintain detailed records of drawings, schedules, and revisions. Prepare project status reports for management and clients.

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in rebar detailing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rebar CAD). Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret complex structural and architectural drawings. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Proven track record of handling complex projects. Knowledge of rebar detailing standards and codes (ACI and Canadian).

Qualifications:

B.E. Civil Engineering & Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

4-5 years required in rebar detailing domain
