Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage real estate sales, leasing, and property management activities.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate property acquisitions and disposals.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client, investor, and stakeholder relationships.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Oversee legal, financial, and regulatory compliance for all real estate transactions.
Manage and mentor a team of real estate executives/agents.
Prepare and present periodic performance and financial reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
7-10 years of experience
in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of local property laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
