The Senior Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for driving revenue through sales, leasing, and advisory services, while providing strategic real estate guidance to clients. The role involves deal sourcing, negotiations, market analysis, and long-term client relationship management across residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Advise clients on real estate investment strategies, asset selection, and portfolio optimization
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties or investment opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers
Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights and risk assessments
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market analysis including pricing trends, demand-supply dynamics, and feasibility studies
Track local market developments, upcoming projects, and competitor activities
Prepare property presentations, investment notes, and comparative market analysis (CMA) reports
Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Structure commercial terms to maximize value for clients while ensuring deal viability
Assist in drafting and finalizing term sheets, LOIs, and agreements in coordination with legal teams
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Support documentation, due diligence, and registration processes
Stay updated on real estate regulations, taxation, and compliance changes
Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor junior consultants and support team performance
Coordinate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and advisory efforts
Participate in site visits, client meetings, property inspections, and industry events
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and commissions
Prepare periodic sales and performance reports
Contribute to revenue forecasting and business planning
Requirements
Experience
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in real estate sales, leasing, or advisory roles
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong market knowledge and deal sourcing capability
Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close high-value real estate transactions
Understanding of local real estate markets, regulations, and RERA compliance
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 1,00,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
