Key Skills - Mandatory:

Minimum

6 years of hands-on experience with React.js

Minimum

6 years of experience with Node.js

Minimum

6 years of experience with any relational or NoSQL database (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Additional Skills & Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience working in product-based environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and design best practices Hands-on full stack development experience in building consumer-facing web applications Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks including:

React.js, Node.js, TypeScript

Experience with

.NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET

Entity Framework

is a plus Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development Expertise in building and managing APIs and SDKs, including: Key management, logging, auditing, and security best practices Strong troubleshooting capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and foster continuous technical improvement Proven experience guiding the design, development, and delivery of scalable software systems Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to full stack development projects with a focus on performance, scalability, and security Guide a team of developers, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and code quality oversight Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables Ensure timely execution and quality delivery by following best practices in software engineering Continuously improve the software development process and technology stack
