We are seeking a

highly skilled Senior React Lead

who can combine

technical excellence

in ReactJS/Next.js with strong

Project Management

capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design, development & deployment of complex web apps using

React.js & Next.js

Provide technical leadership & mentorship to front-end teams Drive

project planning, execution & delivery

within timelines & quality standards Collaborate with product owners, designers & backend teams for seamless solutions Conduct code reviews & enforce best practices Implement

GraphQL, React Query & WebSockets

for real-time, scalable solutions Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies

Required Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in React.js & Next.js

(SSR, SSG, API routes) Strong in

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS

Proficient in

Redux / Zustand

for state management Experience with

GraphQL & React Query

Hands-on with

WebSockets/real-time communication

Solid knowledge of

build tools (Webpack/Vite), Git workflows

Leadership & PM Skills:

Proven

project leadership & team mentoring

experience Strong communication & problem-solving skills Familiarity with

Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Nice to Have:

TypeScript, Testing Frameworks (Jest, Cypress), Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), GraphQL Subscriptions.
