to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end development with extensive experience building high-performance web applications using

. As a senior team member, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable UI components, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using

React.js

,

Redux

, and related technologies. Lead the architecture and technical design of complex web applications. Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive front-end code. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices and standards. Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks and make recommendations for adoption. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Work with DevOps teams to integrate front-end code into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of professional experience in front-end web development. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with

React.js

,

React Hooks

,

Redux

, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Strong proficiency in

HTML5

CSS3

,

SASS/LESS

, and responsive design techniques. Experience with

TypeScript

is highly desirable. Proficient in

RESTful APIs

integration. Experience with front-end build tools and modern JavaScript workflows (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn). Knowledge of testing frameworks like
