- React Native Developer

WovVTech is looking for React Native developers to be part of innovative "Mobile Centre of Excellence" interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

You know how to profile React Native applications and can squeeze every last millisecond of performance out of the code.

Experience:

5+ Years - For Senior Software Developers or Team Lead - React Native

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Willingness to lead and take ownership of the React team Readiness to work on project tasks during off-hours when necessary Accountability for deliverables and team outcomes Strong troubleshooting and problem?solving skills Proactive in finding solutions and driving technical direction Willingness to accept work from others and distribute tasks appropriately Ability to set realistic timelines for their own tasks and for others' work Customer coordination experience and comfort communicating with stakeholders Clear and effective communication skills Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms (IOS/Android). Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. Transition existing React web and other native apps to React Native. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. Actively engage in solutioning and architecture discussions and be a part of the Mobility CoE team Guide and mentor team members

Requirements (Senior Software Developers or Team Lead - React Native)

4+ years of experience in React Native Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles Excellent hold on hooks, navigation, AsyncStorage Have experience in state management libraries like Redux / Mobx Firm grasp of the JavaScript/TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage Worked with any of databases like firebase, Sqllite Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio, Gradle Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest / Mocha / Detox Familiarity with code versioning tools (Such as Git, SVN or Mercurial) Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App store and Google play store Strong understanding and understanding of Unit Testing practice. Strong automation and CI / CD experience Team Management Experience Mobile Solutioning and Architecture Experience

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
