Job Summary

We are looking for a

Senior React.js / Node.js Developer

to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have

strong expertise in building scalable web applications

using

React.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend

. You should be comfortable working across the full stack, leading development initiatives, and mentoring junior developers. The role demands a mix of hands-on coding, architectural design, and team collaboration to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

high-performance, scalable web applications using

React.js

and

Node.js

.

Lead and mentor

a team of developers--provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices. Collaborate closely with

UI/UX designers

,

project managers

, and

backend engineers

to deliver seamless user experiences.

Architect and optimize

application code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Implement

RESTful APIs

, integrate third-party services, and manage backend logic. Write

clean, efficient, and reusable code

, following modern development standards. Ensure

high-quality deliverables

through testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Participate in

agile/scrum

development processes, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Stay up to date with

emerging technologies

and suggest ways to improve existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

4+ years of hands-on experience

in full-stack JavaScript development using

React.js

and

Node.js

. Strong proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+)

,

HTML5

,

CSS3

, and

TypeScript

. Experience with

Express.js

,

Redux / Context API

, and modern React hooks. Proficiency in

RESTful APIs

JSON

, and

asynchronous programming

. Solid understanding of

database technologies

MySQL

. Experience with

version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab)

. Familiarity with
