We are seeking a Senior React Developer / Tech Lead (Full Stack) who can lead frontend development while contributing hands-on to backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in modern architecture patterns such as Micro-Frontends, Microservices, and BFF (Backend for Frontend). This role requires ownership of system design, team leadership, and delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend and full-stack developers
? Design and develop scalable web applications using React
? Build and maintain backend services using Express
? Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL
? Implement and govern architecture patterns: ₹ Microservices ? Micro-Frontends ? BFF (Backend for Frontend)
? Contribute to system design and architectural decision-making
? Perform code reviews and enforce best practices
? Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines
? Collaborate with product, backend, and DevOps teams
? Containerize and deploy applications using Docker
? Work with orchestration and scaling using Kubernetes
? Maintain CI/CD workflows and repositories using GitHub
? Track progress, bugs, and releases using Jira
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
? 2-4 years of hands-on experience with React.js
? Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
? Hands-on experience with Express.js
? Solid experience with PostgreSQL
? Strong understanding of BFF architecture pattern
? Experience with Microservices and Micro-Frontend architecture
? Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
? Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
? Experience integrating frontend with REST APIs
? Knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization Leadership & Project Management Skills
? Proven experience in leading and mentoring developers
? Experience in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
? Ability to align technical execution with business goals
? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
