Assist in creating visual designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling designs that align with brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas. Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual content as needed. Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across all projects. Stayupdated with design trends and industry standards to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

Position Overview


We are seeking a seasoned Senior React Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications. In this role, you will architect both front-end and back-end solutions, drive innovation, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Full-Stack Development: + Design, build, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.
+ Develop robust back-end services and RESTful APIs.
+ Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
Architectural Leadership: + Participate in system design discussions and drive the adoption of modern architectures (e.g., microservices, containerization).
+ Evaluate and recommend tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and system performance.
Code Quality & Best Practices: + Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and enforce coding standards.
+ Implement unit tests, integration tests, and continuous integration workflows to ensure high code quality.
Performance & Scalability: + Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues across the stack.
Collaboration & Mentoring: + Work in an agile environment to plan and deliver feature-rich software updates.
+ Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
Documentation & Communication: + Write technical documentation for systems and APIs.
+ Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Qualifications


Experience: + 4+ years of industry experience in full-stack development.
+ Proven expertise with React (including hooks, state management patterns like Redux or Context API).
Technical Skills: + Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
+ Familiarity with RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and microservice architectures.
+ Experience with databases like PostgresSQL, ElasticSearch, Neo4j etc.
+ Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Exposure to testing frameworks Jest and Selenium/Playwright.
Soft Skills: + Excellent problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
+ A proactive approach to mentoring and a passion for staying updated with emerging technologies.



Preferred Qualifications


Experience with cloud platform AWS. * Have knowledge of Gen-AI applications
