We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front End Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to join our dynamic team in Bangalore The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern front end technologies UI UX principles and a proven track record of building scalable and responsive web applications

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high performance web applications using ReactJS Collaborate with designers back end developers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences Write clean maintainable and well documented code Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Implement responsive design and ensure cross browser compatibility Participate in code reviews and contribute to front end architecture decisions Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front end development

Technical Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in front end development Strong proficiency in ReactJS JavaScript ES6 HTML5 and CSS3 Experience with state management libraries e g Redux Context API Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling Knowledge of modern build tools and bundlers e g Webpack Babel Experience with version control systems like Git Understanding of UI UX principles and responsive design

Ability to develop value creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate drive growth and increase their business profitability Good knowledge on software configuration management systems Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available Ability to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions One or two industry domain knowledge Client Interfacing skills Project and Team management
