Required Experience

3+ years of professional experience with React, TS, and its ecosystem Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Extensive experience with Redux, React Router, and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context API) Express + Node Experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement high-performance, reusable React components Lead complex front-end development projects from conception to deployment Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Collaborate with back-end developers and designers Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Establish best practices and coding standards

Technical Requirements

Core Skills:

Advanced React TS (Hooks, Context, HOCs) State management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX) TypeScript REST APIs and GraphQL Unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) Performance optimization techniques

Additional Skills:

Express experience is a plus Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools CI/CD pipelines Git version control Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Web accessibility standards (WCAG)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with: Micro-frontend architecture Tailwind CSS proficiency Agile development methodologies UI/UX design principles

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Team leadership experience Ability to mentor junior developers Project management capabilities Strong documentation practices

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Relevant certifications are a plus
