Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Senior R&D / QA / QC Executive

for our

lubricant manufacturing unit

in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

lubricant formulation, quality assurance, and quality control

, with hands-on lab experience and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead R&D efforts for new lubricant product development and formulation improvement. Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Ensure adherence to quality standards (BIS, ASTM, ISO, etc.). Troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation as per regulatory and audit requirements. Coordinate with production, purchase, and marketing teams for product and process improvements. Handle customer complaints related to product quality and provide technical support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Technology

or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience

in

lubricant industry R&D / QA / QC

. Sound knowledge of lubricant formulation, additive chemistry, and testing procedures. Familiarity with lab instruments like viscometers, flash point testers, FTIR, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
