Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 9-12 years of professional experience.
Minimum 4+ years work experience in the Connector Industry.
Expert in design and development of Sheetmetal and Plastic products, with working knowledge in CREO.
Deep knowledge of associated manufacturing processes (moulding, stamping, and assembly) and industry specifications (UL, CSA, IEC, EIA).
Designing and developing cost-effective connector products.
Managing new product development (NPD) projects, including concept generation, validation, and detailed design using CREO software.
Executing sustaining activities for existing products, such as addressing customer queries, field failures, and managing changes in Windchill.
Ensuring products meet agency approval requirements (UL, CSA, VDE).
