Key Responsibilities

Prepare

BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates

for interior projects. Conduct

rate analysis, budgeting, and tender preparation

. Verify and certify

contractor/vendor bills

as per site progress. Monitor project costs and highlight variations or deviations. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, cost sheets, and financial forecasts. Support in client billing, negotiations, and contract management. Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in

Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

.

Minimum 4 years of experience

in

commercial interior/fit-out projects

. Strong knowledge of

BOQ preparation, cost control, and vendor billing

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software

. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
