Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5 to 10 years of experience in estimating project costs, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), managing tender and contract processes in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, residential projects, high rise buildings and Industrial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications.
Prepare the detailed cost estimates, and tender documents
Assist in the end-to-end tendering process including preparation, submission, and evaluation and conduct Client coordination for getting approval of the estimates & tender documents
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy.
Mentor junior quantity surveyors and contribute to team development.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional membership is added advantage
Strong knowledge of tender documents / tender forms like PWD, CPWD, PPP, EPC & FIDIC, and others.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD / BIM, Excel (advanced), MS Project / Primavera, QS tools etc.,).
