Project Cost Management

: Develop and manage project budgets for interior and office space fit-out projects, ensuring costs are kept within defined parameters.

Tender Analysis

: Prepare and evaluate tenders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Financial Reporting

: Provide detailed financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders to assist in financial decision-making processes.

Contract Administration

: Administer contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documented.

Supplier and Subcontractor Negotiations

: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors, focusing on securing the best value for materials and services.

Risk Management

: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project costs and contractual obligations.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Primavera P6

Key Requirements



Experience

: 6-11 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the interior, office space, and fit-out sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with large-scale commercial interior projects Certification from RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
