Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Quantity Surveyor

who can manage quantity estimation and billing works for

PIE Builders

, and also handle

practical training sessions

for students at the

School of PIE

.
This role is ideal for a candidate who has strong technical knowledge in QS and is confident in sharing that knowledge with learners.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying (PIE Builders):

Prepare

quantity take-offs

,

BOQ

, and material estimations for residential/commercial projects. Perform

rate analysis

, budgeting, and cost control monitoring. Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, and contractors for project execution. Prepare and maintain project progress reports and related documentation. Support tendering, billing, and contract finalization works.

Training (School of PIE):

Conduct sessions on

Estimation, BOQ Preparation, Billing, and Rate Analysis

. Provide real-world examples and help students work on

live project assignments

. Assist in preparing training materials, case studies, and workshop plans. Evaluate student performance and guide them towards professional readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge in

Quantity Estimation, Rate Analysis, Billing, and Cost Planning

. Good communication and classroom handling skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel

&

AutoCAD

(Knowledge of CostX/PlanSwift/Revit is an advantage). Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and deliver training effectively.

Experience

Minimum 3+ years

of hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimation / Billing is

mandatory
