About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contractual matters for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for controlling project costs, preparing BOQs, and ensuring value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and budgets
for construction projects
Conduct rate analysis, tendering, and bid evaluation
Monitor project costs, payments, and variations during execution
Prepare interim payment certificates, final accounts, and reconciliation statements
Assist in contract administration and claims management
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, standards, and specifications
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams for cost control and progress monitoring
Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
Eligibility:
B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil/M.Tech (Quantity Surveying specialization preferred)
7-10 years+ of relevant QS experience
in construction/real estate projects
Strong knowledge of
estimation, costing, tendering, and contracts
Proficiency in
MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills
