Working on cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for construction projects Performing quantity takeoffs from 2D drawings Creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation Monitoring project costs, forecasting cash flows, and managing variations Conducting risk analysis and advising on cost-effective alternatives Evaluating contractor bids and overseeing procurement Ensuring projects comply with financial regulations and contractual obligations

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
