Key Responsibilities pertaining to MEP/ QS Package (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing):

Study Tender document & Prepare Tender Information

Study & understanding the BOQ and related drawing

Review the technical & commercial pre-bid queries

Review proprietary items & long lead items

om the vendors

Attending pre-bid meetings

Prepare rate analysis & quotation

Review of Tender Submittals

Submit the Offer-Hardcopy/Soft Copy/through e-bid etc.

Attend Negotiation meetings

Preparing rate analysis for additional items of all on-going projects

Knowledge transfer of tender workouts and client requirements and related pre-bid discussions to the project team

Convey client's safety & statutory requirements to all concerned within the project team

Continuous updating of necessary data into the Master Rate Analysis sheet

Ensure the team communicates in a timely manner to all involved about all/any updates regarding the above items

Review and scrutiny of work bills prior to submission to the client

Adhere to ISO standards

Must maintain "strict confidentiality"

Provide guidance, mentorship to junior team members

Other duties as assigned

Education:

Diploma in EEE / Mechanical Engineering

Preferred BE / B-Tech EEE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
