Sporting Syndicate is the largest Sports Goods manufacturers and exporters in India. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1960 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the Quality department and its operations Leading all the buyer and compliance audits Oversee day-to-day quality operations for all manufacturing units Setting up and defining QC Parameters, Processes and Inspections Developing supplier quality functions and incoming quality procedures Reduce the COR and increase discipline in the QC processes Strategically set up performance metrics for the team Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles, tools, and techniques.

About you:

At least 8 years of experience in the department of Quality Control is necessary Experience in Manufacturing industry is necessary Previously demonstrated strategic capability with the use of data and performance metrics Knowledge of QC tools including CAPA, Why-Why, First Time Right, COQ, etc., is required Experience with Audits, Inspections and ISO regulatory compliances is required Previous experience in a managerial role is necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
