Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire quality management system (QMS) at the factory. Implement and monitor quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and other food safety regulations. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions in case of deviations or non-conformance. Coordinate with production and R&D teams for new product trials and quality validation. Lead and maintain factory hygiene and safety practices. Handle external audits, certifications, and documentation. Maintain records of quality checks, batch testing, and regulatory documentation. Train factory staff on quality assurance protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in quality control/quality assurance

within the beverage or FMCG industry

. Strong understanding of food safety laws and quality standards applicable to beverage manufacturing.

Should be located in or willing to relocate to areas near Bahadurgarh, Haryana.

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field. Proficient in maintaining QC records, compliance reports, and handling audits. Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills.
