1. Possess strong technical knowledge of valve industry components, manufacturing processes, and applications.
2. Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Maintain strong communication and interaction with customers to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction.
4. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of quality documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEA, SPC, Quality Plans, and related tools.
5. Lead and support customer audits, as well as product and process audits, ensuring timely and effective closure of audit findings.
6. Have thorough knowledge of customer specifications, material standards, and testing requirements.
7. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and related management systems.
8. Apply strong expertise in inspection methods, GD&T, and core quality tools to ensure product conformity.
9. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, working closely with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
10. Ensure all products supplied meet customer specifications, drawings, and PO requirements.
11. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams (CFT) during new product development and First Article / First Part Approval processes.
12. Possess sound knowledge of special processes such as hard facing, heat treatment, plating, and painting, including validation and control of special processes.
13. Perform supplier validation and qualification, particularly for special processes, and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality performance.
