Ensure all design, development, engineering, and manufacturing activities are executed correctly using appropriate tools, techniques, materials, and processes.
Follow established procedures for conducting quality tests on electronic components.
Create, update, and maintain Quality Plans for all standard products as well as customized solutions.
Support the effective implementation of the QMS by establishing best practices, monitoring quality performance, and controlling non-conformities and deviations found during inspections.
Develop sampling strategies using attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods.
Prepare detailed quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and provide improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support quality objectives and project outcomes.
Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure timely calibration and proper maintenance of all measuring and testing instruments.
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee implementation.
Create and maintain inspection checklists based on product and process requirements.
Review both hardware and software product specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain 5S standards in Production, Workshop, and Stores areas.
Monitor rejection and rework trends and take actions to reduce them.
Maintain the Non-Conformance (NC) register and perform Root Cause Analysis when required.
Ensure that all products and deliverables meet quality expectations before dispatch.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or Management as needed.
