Senior Engineer - Quality

Key Responsibilities:
Customer complaint handling & action plan submission
Quality alerts & defect awareness across teams
In-house rejections analysis & corrective actions
Calibration & MSA of gauges and instruments
SPC & Layout inspection (Plan vs. Actual) reporting
PDI report submission & joint inspection with customers
4M change management & QA documentation (IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3)
Shift scheduling of inspectors & ERP material clearance
Ensuring 5S in the quality lab and shop floor
Master sample management & first-piece verification
Ideal Candidate:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering
Strong exposure to IATF 16949:2016 & VDA 6.3
Hands-on experience in quality systems, audits, SPC, MSA & calibration
Good communication and problem-solving skills
