Ensure product compliance to various EN, DIN, ANSI & ASME standards Having experience in QC of Machine Shop/ Press Shop or in CNC/VMC Machine shop. Prepare QAP as per customer requirement and Perform Product testing & certification as per the same. Facilitate Customer Inspection & Third-Party Inspection. Develop Welding and NDT procedures and certify welders and train operators. Calibration Control of all instruments as per ISO requirement. Developing and Improve quality control processes. Product improvement, reduce waste and process optimization. Root cause analysis and CAPA for Quality problems Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues. Training and work monitoring of Quality inspectors

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
