Experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures and conducting quality audits -FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, GHP standards.
Experience in the food industry .
Experience in implementing quality assurance system for receivables and outgoing FG pass slip system and controls.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Analyze customer complaints, product returns, and market feedback. Experience in drive root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions). Ensure customer delight by continuous improvement.
Ability to train and supervise staff on quality standards.
Partner with R&D to ensure quality and food safety standards in new launches.
Validate shelf-life studies and packaging suitability and provide QA approvals before commercial roll-out.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
