Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process and final inspection of machined components as per drawing and quality standards. Ensure quality assurance for

precision machined components

in a

batch-type production environment

. Verify product dimensions using various

inspection tools

such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and

Trimos

. Interpret and analyze

engineering drawings

and specifications to ensure product conformance. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports (NCR). Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for quality issues. Collaborate with production, design, and maintenance teams to resolve quality concerns. Ensure adherence to ISO / internal quality systems and audit requirements. Participate in continual improvement activities and support the development of quality procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

machine manufacturing processes

(Turning, Milling, Boring, Grinding, etc.). Good understanding of

precision machining

and tolerances. Proficient in the use of

inspection instruments and gauges

. Good understanding of

drawing reading

and

geometrical tolerances (GD&T)

. Familiar with

batch production systems

and

quality documentation

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with good communication and coordination ability.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering

or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
