Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage
project budgets, BOQs, estimates, and cost plans
Handle
contract drafting, review, administration, and interpretation
Monitor
project cost, cash flow, and cost variance analysis
Prepare, verify, and certify
RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills
Manage
variation orders, extra items, and rate analysis
Coordinate with consultants, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with
contract terms, specifications, and statutory requirements
Prepare
MIS reports
on cost, billing, and contract status for management
Assist in
tendering, negotiations, and award of contracts
Handle
claims, disputes, and contract closures
Support
project audits and financial reconciliation
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
contracts management & quantity surveying
Expertise in
BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and estimation
Proficient in
billing, cost control, and budget management
Understanding of
construction laws, FIDIC/standard contracts
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in
MS Excel, ERP systems, and billing software
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
15+ years
of relevant experience in construction / real estate projects
Experience in
high-rise, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
