Key Responsibilities:

Lead

technical audits

inspections

, and

compliance

with industry standards. Manage

vendor audits

and third-party inspections. Apply

RBI

,

FMEA

, and

RCM

methodologies for risk management. Oversee

heat treatment processes

and ensure

IBR

compliance. Prepare detailed

technical reports

and respond to inspection observations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in

Mechanical

,

Metallurgical

, or

Production Engineering

. Certifications:

API 510

,

API 570

,

CSWIP 3.1/3.2

,

ASNT Level II/III

. Proficient in

technical audits

,

vendor audits

,

furnace calibration

, and

heat treatment cycles

. Experience with

client inspections

and

third-party interactions

.
