Designation - Senior QA Head
Salary - 13LPA to 15 LPA
Location - Kheda (Transportation from CTM, Ahmedabad)

? Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with cGMP,

WHO, USFDA, EMA, and other global standards.

? Approve and release batches, manufacturing records, and critical quality documents.

? Oversee deviations, CAPA, change controls, complaints, and risk assessments.

? Manage internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections; ensure timely

response and closure.

? Approve SOPs, policies, and controlled documents while ensuring data integrity

(ALCOA+).

? Guide and mentor QA teams; conduct training programs to strengthen compliance

culture.

? Lead qualification & validation activities (equipment, utilities, processes, cleaning,

computer systems).

? Drive continuous improvement projects and monitor QA KPIs.
