Senior QA Engineer

\xc2\xb7 Design and deliver risk-based test plans for new and current features and functionalities of D&B applications and full stack development processes.

\xc2\xb7 Assess feature and project requirements to develop test strategy and QA deliverables to ensure end to end test coverage which includes gap analysis through SDLC.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee, build, and maintain knowledge repository of policies, procedures and standards ensuring delivery of high-quality features and functionality.

\xc2\xb7 Lead the accuracy and identification of the source of discrepancies between expected/actual test results and analyze the impact of any design changes.

\xc2\xb7 Interact with a diverse group of technologists and business team members including offshore team members.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Lead the QA function completeness for change management production readiness.

\xc2\xb7 Mentor, coach, and train QA engineers regarding execution of automated scripts and error research.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and work with globally distributed teams.

\xc2\xb7 Take ownership of team success and customer outcomes.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure deliverables are being worked upon to satisfy the project requirements and schedule which include co-ordinate and track with the offshore team on the various test activities and provide guidance.

\xc2\xb7 Load, Manage and Track regression automation test cases in our test management tool JIRA.

\xc2\xb7 Analyse testing needs, create / maintain frameworks and test suites to meet testing demands in a high paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute modular / E2E automated test suite & solutions using new / existing automation tools / frameworks.

\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain automation test suites for both UI and Rest API testing.

Key Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar work experience

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years of experience in software quality assurance or development.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years of web application testing through a full system development life cycle.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years of experience with automation testing (Data driven, Keyword driven, POM based frameworks) is required. Experience building Custom In-house frameworks preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years of development experience with BDD Test Frameworks using Cucumber. Minimum 5 years of development experience Selenium,Playwright Java, Junit is required.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of experience with REST Assured , Postman or other frameworks for API Testing.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years\' experience with all the following: GIT, Maven, Jenkins and any of Eclipse/IntelliJ/Visual Studio. Minimum 3 years of experience with RDBMS preferably Oracle, SQL and other data retrieval methods.

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft

Experience analysing project requirements and ability to create test strategy, test plan and test cases.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently or as a team player, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving. Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks simultaneously. Must be able to troubleshoot and clearly document issues. Must have the ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
