Role Name: Senior QA Engineer Non-Functional Tester Location of Requirement: Hyderabad Tech Profile/Essential Skills . 5+ years of NFT testing experience. . Experience of non-functional requirements for performance, resilience, monitoring & operability. . Minimum of 3-year experience in automated testing: java, JMeter or another similar tool. . Minimum of 3-year experience on Linux / UNIX environment. . Minimum of 3-year experience in testing applications deployed in cloud (AWS). . Understanding of fault tolerant distributed platform technologies for Data Centres & Cloud Computing. . Experience in playback large volumes of data to analyse system behaviours and impact of changes. . Experience working on service changes in respect of Infrastructure (including Cloud), Software & Networks. . Knowledge of source version control systems: Git/GitHub. Additional Skills and Experience . High fluency in English: Strong communication skills in verbal and written English. . Training & coaching team members. . Be self-motivated, solution-oriented. . Comfortable with identifying, assessing, and solving problems quickly. . Detail-oriented and methodical testing process. . Highly organised and able to compile detailed testing reports. . Able to work well independently or in a group setup with cross-functional teams. . Experience using SQL and data lakes. . Experience in testing backend applications build on APIs. . Experience in working with JIRA, Confluence and Zephyr. Detailed Responsibilities . Construction and maintenance of non-functional test scripts to match requirements. . Collaborating with other stakeholders to define suitable performance KPIs. . Establish the setup in order to monitor the database and server performance. . Playback large volumes of data to an alyse system behaviours and impact of changes. . Participation on providing test estimates for performance. . Documenting the test steps and recording the test results. . Accurate recording of performance issues and follow-up with Dev and Solutions teams. . Suggesting new processes and techniques to enhance the current non-functional testing process. . Reviewing test environments configuration and processes to facilitate continuous improvement. .
