Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the CLEAR product team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise-grade media workflow solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, build automated test suites, and ensure seamless releases.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for CLEAR & CLEARAI modules. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, Browserstack or Playwright. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and cloud-based applications. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to test strategy and best practices. Work closely with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Stay updated on emerging QA tools, trends, and AI-driven testing approaches.

Required Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in automation. Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Browserstack). Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python for scripting automated tests. Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with media workflows, video streaming, or digital asset management systems. Exposure to AI/ML-based testing tools or interest in AI-driven quality engineering. Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
